Return Policy

To return or exchange an order, please contact Sofia Holländer Collections (sofia@sofiahollander.com) no later than 14 business days after the delivery date. The following conditions apply:

• Items received broken will be exchanged or refunded.

• Items that do not fit or do not meet expectations may be exchanged.

• Items that have incurred damages due to wear and tear, water, sun, extreme temperatures, or general misuse may not be exchanged or refunded. [see Care Instructions]

Unless noted otherwise, the buyer is responsible for shipping expenses.

Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Sofia Holländer Jewelry & Accessories within 14 business days after receiving the product. Exchanges are only eligible up to 14 days after receiving the product. Sofia Holländer Jewelry & Accessories is not responsible for the items during shipment back to us. The return shipping fee is carried by the customer.
